VENUE: bRISTOL GOLF CLUB

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Leoni for quite some time as she's not just a friend but also a long-time neighbour to my parents. When she and Mario finally decided to make it official after being together for what seems like forever, I was honoured that they didn't hesitate to book me as their wedding photographer.

Their entire wedding day was held at Bristol Golf Club, a venue that was new to me. I always enjoy the creative challenge that comes with photographing in unfamiliar locations and Bristol Golf Club did not disappoint. Despite being a public area, the backdrops I discovered with some help from the staff were simply amazing. We even took a ride in a golf buggy around the golf course to make the most of the stunning scenery and I can confidently say I had a blast doing so.

Both Leoni and Mario's families were a joy to be around, adding to the fun and lively atmosphere of the day. One of the standout moments was when an undercover singing waiter surprised everyone. The look on the guests' faces were priceless and the classic Italian song that wrapped up the performance had everyone in tears of happiness. It was truly astonishing to witness.

The day concluded with a magical cake-cutting ceremony, orchestrated by the DJ in a way I had never seen before. Leoni and Mario were asked to hold their kiss for as long as the crowd kept cheering and the applause didn't stop for a solid two minutes! It was a unique and amusing moment that I won't soon forget.

Leoni and Mario, thank you for entrusting me with capturing the special memories of your wedding day. It was a privilege to be a part of such a joyous occasion.
